the twelve days of Christmas: day six

On the sixth day of Christmas, my baker gave to me...


Eggplant parmesan with a side of pasta.

Another delicious dish made by my husband, who never ceases to amaze me. Just wait till you see what happens on day seven...

  1. I make fried eggplant for Uncle Jack . . sliced, dipped in egg and cracker crumbs, then fried in veggie oil . . probably not as good for you as Greg's dish, but good just the same!
